What Arivo stores
Arivo stores your account profile, conversations, compact conversation memories, integration connection status, credit balance and usage history, and redacted tool activity needed to operate and support the product.
Connected workspace data
Arivo requests only the access needed to complete actions you ask for. Complete documents and spreadsheets are not copied into Arivo as a general-purpose archive.
How data is used
Your requests and the minimum relevant context are processed to choose and execute Google Sheets or Google Docs actions. We do not sell personal data or use private workspace content for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Conversation and operational records are kept while your pilot account is active. You may request account deletion. Records are then removed according to the operational retention window. To limit repeated Free credit claims, Arivo keeps a non-identifying protected hash of its random browser-device token for up to 12 months after account deletion. The raw token is not stored and this signal is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Service providers and security
We use trusted service providers to operate Arivo. They process data only as needed to deliver the service, maintain security, and support your requested actions.
Contact
During the private pilot, use the support contact supplied with your invitation for privacy questions or deletion requests.
